Can I personalise my order?
Yes! All our designs have personalisation options in English and Arabic text. Leave a note at checkout or get in touch after placing your order.
Where is my order?
Please track your order using the tracking number provided. You will find the details in your emails. If you need further help, don't hesitate to get in touch!
Can I add gift wrapping to my order?
Absolutely! We offer gift wrapping services which includes a hand written greeting card with your text of choice. The order will be wrapped in beautiful satin ribbon and tissue paper.
What software do you use for your work?
We use a variety of software for our projects. To hand draw our designs, we use Procreate on Ipad with the Apple Pencil. Our most-used design softwares are Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

HIBR is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. HIBR is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. HIBR is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
